EASTERN GREEN SCOUTS GROUP.
BYLC visited a local scout group to deliver a session on road safety and the importance of being a safe road user!
Starting with a presentation.
Glenn addressed the scouts with a short presentation on road safety and the dangers. In particular we took a focus on the fatal 5 and how we can understand the important of being a safe road user!.
Drunk Buster Goggles
Members then had an opportunity to see the effects of drink/drug driving using our drunk buster goggles. A fun but informative way of delivering a hard message. Scouts were asked to stack cups without the goggles, and then with the goggles to see how their impairment now effected their motorskills!
